Shipping FAQ’s:
1. When will my shipment arrive?
Once your payment has been received, your custom order goes into production. Please note that our prints are printed on demand and have an average production time of 7-10 business days before orders ship.
Shipping in Canada may take up to two weeks from the ship date.
We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.
2. How are artworks packaged?
Prints are either rolled in a protective layer and shipped in a tube sized to accommodate the print or are shipped flat.
3 What if my work arrives damaged?
If your artwork has been damaged during transit please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. It is important to us that we do everything in our power to identify and ameliorate the issue as soon as possible.
4. Do you ship outside Canada? At this time our online ordering system is available to Canadian customers only. If you are from outside of Canada and are interested in placing an order please email [email protected] with your request.
RETURNS:
- Do you accept returns?
We are dedicated to providing our customers with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. Each Artwork we produce and package is made specifically for each customer. For this reason once an order has been placed we are unable to change, exchange or cancel orders and do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged item simply notify us immediately and we will do everything in our power to identify and ameliorate the issue as soon as possible.
