Painting Description

This painting from 1993 of the yacht harbour docks is a strong example of days gone. This area has now come dramatically up-market with boardwalks and decorative lighting. The only remaining piece from this scene still recognizable now is the two-story white bar in the background. The décor level has not risen, but the prices certainly have.

This original painting was part of a large group of paintings donated by the artist in 2014 to St. Mary’s Hospital.
