The patio of The Brush in Loose was a perfect place to view this charming sight. This design is an artist’s dream because the raised walkway leads the viewer’s eye right into the scene. The walkway, a raised stone affair, affords the locals a walking shortcut out of the small village. From time to time ducks favoured us with their presence paddling noisily through the marsh.
