Painting Description

People who have not spent much time in Mennonite Country are often amazed by the amount of foot traffic along those country roads. The peasant-like life style of the Mennonites allows time for a pleasant walk. This view from above, sometimes called a God’s eye view, shows a variety of activities in this quiet road in Woolwich Township. A painting like this allows me to compose a variety of activities into one painting.
