Painting Description

These young kids watched patiently as the older kids on the other side of the creek tried their fishing skills. Scenes like this present themselves as I drive leisurely through Mennonite country. Some days as I meander through this most interesting area, I stumble on many topics for paintings. Other days nothing seems to appear. I try just to be open and alert rather than driving through the country looking for particular activities.
