Painting Description

I received a letter recently from California that expressed disbelief that the gathering of buggies, shown here, could be for real. Only two miles from my gallery, there is a little white frame church that regularly hosts Old Order Mennonite families who arrive in their buggies. That gathering of horse-drawn vehicles was once familiar all over Ontario. Here in Waterloo we are so fortunate to have this special situation.
