Stove Lengths
Painting Description
When trees are cut in the bush, the pieces are approximately four feet long. This is a manageable length to cart home and store for a time when small stove pieces can be cut. The men here are using a portable motor to power the circular saw. This is the same gas motor that they use to power the threshing machine. Please note the watchdog, King, as well as the multi-coloured house where my friend, Eden, lives.
