Still Unploughed
Painting Description
A back lane in Waterloo awaits the arrival of the snow plough.
The patterns of colour are somberly pretty but the reality of the lane for the people who live there is not great. The controlled colours of this painting of the lane only a few blocks from my house, remind me of the many views in old Toronto that I enjoyed as an art student over 50 years ago.
