Painting Description

I was most fortunate as a young man to have my work accepted by Eatons College Street Gallery. It was there that I got my first wide audience beyond Kitchener/Waterloo. I also had a chance at that time to be influenced by many artists whose paintings were presented by this prestigious gallery. The strokes of Tom Roberts’ style shine out on me in this acrylic from 1971.
