Painting Description
Returning one morning from Edna Staebler’s place at Sunfish Lake, I noticed this wee farm. I had barely set up my easel and put out the paints before the old fellow who lived there was at my elbow. he talked and I painted. Occasionally I nodded or grunted and that seemed to be enough to propel his stories along.
