Single Furrow Ploughing Near Hawkesville
Painting Description
Although single furrrow ploughing is picturesque, it is a very slow process and used for only very small areas where large equipment would be difficult to manoeuver. Most often the small plough is used to till the garden and is not used in the field. Ploughing is the final field act of the harvest cycle and turns the sod in preparation for the next planting season.
