Painting Description

This work is part of a five-painting group commissioned by a member of the Griffith Island Club. It was a new exciting experience for me to be in the field with hunters and their dogs. I realize that many artists dislike commissions. They feel hampered by the inevitable restrictions. I see those imposed boundaries as challenges, and I greatly enjoy being exposed to new topics and situations. Bring on the commissions.
