Painting Description

Located downstream from Bowman’s Mill (now called Blair Mill), Sheaves Tower reused the water power in the mill race. This old supplementary power unit has been renovated to an almost new appearance. I realize that work was necessary to the structure but I decry the “fresh out of box” impression that it now gives.
