Painting Description

This picturesque small castle, complete with ruins, is one of the most popular tourist spots in Kent. It is quite easy to see that a red brick house was built inside the castle walls in the 1600”s. The combination of mellow colours attracted me to paint this view. Surrounding this medieval castle is a moat that is home to much wild life.
