Painting Description

This small watercolour is based on a group of houses just around the corner from our first Key West rental on Elizabeth Street in 1992. We were so intrigued by the town and the inhabitants that we have continued to return each winter to this eccentric carnival at the edge of the continent. We first visited for a week in 1991 but knew we must return. Where else do you get a cat along with your rental?
