Painting Description

The rocky shoreline in Bear Cove, not far from Peggy’s Cove, is a ruggedly attractive bit of land and sea.

I stumbled across the website of a gallery in Maine, the Blue Hill Bay Gallery. I was so inspired by the outstanding coastal work, most of it plein air, that I looked back in my files and found this gem from Nova Scotia. I do spend some time enjoying various artists’ and gallery sites. Although many are not my cup of tea, here and there are websites that delight me.
