Painting Description

This is a view that I noticed as I sat on my motor scooter waiting for the traffic light to change. Being a tourist I was not allowed to rent a car. Only residents are permitted a car and even then, only one car per residence. In Bermuda even someone as wealthy as billionaire resident H. Ross Perot is allowed just one car.
