Painting Description

I was so amused by the turf accountants that operate at British race tracks. Being used to pari-mutual betting, it seemed bizarre to see thirty men standing on their little risers pitching the punters. Their offered odds are listed on their boards just beside their scribe who records the bets–…great fun.
