Painting Description

Of the many paintings that one sees of Ontario”s northland, very few include any indications that cottages and boats are present. Perhaps our tradition of the “Group of Seven” is blinding us to the pleasant scene of family life that is now so common. This painting springs from a commission that I did near North Bay.
