Passing Lyon
Painting Description
The river traffic passing Lyon is constant. The Rhone and Saone rivers converge at this point. The old city has picturesque architecture and is a major point of wine distribution.
We have visited Lyon on several occasions. Twice as part of river boat trips. The building facades along the river are intriguing and I think would make a wonderful place for me to live as the river traffic presents an ever changing tableau.
