Panther Creek, Washington
Painting Description
The fountain brush is a great tool to use for sketching, since there are no concerns about spilled ink. Sometimes working in the out of doors presents logistical challenges. The more gear that is used, the greater the load that must be carried over beautiful but difficult terrain. I find that ink and a bit of acrylic is easily portable and quick drying. This convenience greatly increases my enjoyment of painting scenes like this one in Washington State.
