Painting Description

This painting was developed as a design inspired by the sweep of the bay at Twillingate. I paint for many reasons. Sometimes a painting starts because of a particular colour, an unusual view, an appealing light effect or a romantic view. I never know when I start a painting just how it will end. For me that is part of the intrigue. I can hardly wait to see what I will do.
