New Methods
Painting Description
Although some of the less conservative Mennonites try to use tractors in the sugar bush, the most practical means of power is still a well-trained team of horses. This traditional crop has also not proved to accept the pipeline gathering approach as well as had been hoped. After several attempts at new methods, many farmers return to their tried and true, a team and a sleigh.
