Painting Description

Small houses sit very near the cliff edge on the scenic drive of the Ring of Kerry, Ireland.

There are many views of the small houses with their stone fields on a tour of this beautiful but disparate coast. I can’t imagine a storm coming off the sea. The way these wee houses would be pounded is scary to even think about.

This original painting was part of a large group of paintings donated by the artist in 2014 to St. Mary’s Hospital.
