Painting Description

One of the few remaining wind-powered mills in Kent, this wooden structure was close to a pub that I frequented during an extended holiday in Britain in 1998. I had the good fortune to inspect the interior of one of these mills and of course it brought me right back to Waterloo and its early pioneer ways.
