Painting Description

This commissioned piece was painted for my assistant, Marlene, to occupy a niche in her living room wall. Springing from some arrangements featured in Lee Bailey’s books, I endeavoured to create a piece using a specific palette of colours, an arrangement that both occupies the physical space but also creates a visual space.
