Painting Description

An historic building in poor repair just off the main street in Ayr is a painter’s magnet.

A chance mention by the gallery owner, Jill Yuzwa of AyrSpace, directed me to this building just off the main street. My father used to tell of cutting ice on the river and hauling it back to their farm. This building is handily close to the pond in the downtown of this pretty village. There was very little hauling needed here.
