Painting Description

Geraniums and forsythia make a colourful presentation in the greenhouse at the Bell Homestead in Brantford. I painted this piece on the spot.

This was a trial painting for PBS in Buffalo for a series that did not happen. As the mere “talent”, as it is called in the T.V. business, I have no idea of why the series was not produced. In this business a person learns early on to try things, many of which never see the light of day.
