Painting Description

Sometimes a colour or a light effect is enough to attract me to a scene. In this case the green blanket with all the beige and brown added just the right flavour. Note the wrapped post that holds the hitching chain. The post is wound with a metal band to discourage horses from cribbing (chewing).
