Painting Description

Set in East Anglia with its half-timbered buildings, this painting is intended to present a friendly, slow-paced view of village life. Once again, the photos that served as a basis for the figures are from archives or visits to preserved villages. It is very important to me to describe believable characters in this street scene. In this piece, the setting is secondary to the people and that is evident, I hope, in the focus of this work.
