Gold Light on Green Creek
Painting Description
Driving back from Key West each year, we try to get off the main roads and just ramble. By chance we came upon Warm Springs, Virginia. We were so taken by this mountainous country that we decided to return to this area near the “Little White House” the following autumn. This painting resulted almost eight years later, but a former version can be seen in my book, A New Harvest (#198, p86).
