Painting Description

Log barns can still be seen in the Gatineau area of Quebec although this painting refers back to a visit that I made there in 1985.

I am very happy that I photographed so many subjects over the years and filed them so that I can retrieve them. I did not think very far ahead in those days but fortunately, I did occasionally have a bit of good organization. This is a point that I make to many young artists but they are normally skeptical.
