Painting Description

This Phillipsburg garden has provided me with many subjects to paint. Each year the same bed provides new colours and patterns— even different times of the day showcase changing aspects. I am not at all interested in creating a real garden. Perhaps I know too much about how demanding a garden is or maybe I am just bone lazy.
