Painting Description

This small, sprawling set of ranch buildings near Monte Lake, Alberta was the only sign of man for miles. Although so lovely, I can hardly imagine living and working in a remote situation like this, where a near neighbour is several miles away. Passing through this sea of green and wheat, my eye was drawn to the small pieces of colour that these buildings possess.
