I guess I should thank Ruth Reichel, the Editor of Gourmet Magazine, for the inspirational photos of food and flowers that punctuate that glossy publication. Inspiration strikes me from all directions— magazines, television, movies, and of course travel. For me the on-switch in my head is fixed, day and night.
