Painting Description

This romantic view is not made-up. Just a few miles north of the West Montrose covered bridge is where I discovered this pretty double farmhouse. All of the things that I paint are discovered, as I don’t go out looking for a subject. I rather prefer to stumble on to something that charms me. This is my way of doing things but other artists have their personal approaches. This is part of what makes art. It must be particular to the artist.
