Painting Description

Horse shows energize me. As a child we showed horses, so this carriage show strikes an old chord within me. I suppose that I embroider in my mind the fun that we had attending and competing at fairs in Galt or Linwood. As with any competition, a camaraderie develops among the participants which adds to the enjoyment. Showing horses is a great deal of work and, at this time, a rather expensive hobby.
