Painting Description

This city scape of the Eiffel Tower attempts to show the setting of this Parisian icon.

A present for my very kind neighbour, this view of the tower was suggested by shots that this neighbour took from a hotel roof garden. It was difficult to decide how I wished to approach this iconic subject. This sort of a view is, I think, quite unusual.
