Painting Description

Looking from above, even the big machine had a toy quality, but as the construction at the Bauer Lofts continued, these “small” machines became much bigger. In many ways this site was very much a stage set for the drama that was unfolding. I realize that many may think me mad to see construction as an artistic topic, but it has all the theatrical appeal for which I could wish.
