Painting Description

The pastel colours of the trees backed up by the pink sky aid this loose rendering of a woodland near Linwood, Ontario.

My starting point for this small painting was a woodlot near the used machinery dealer close to Linwood. See Looking for a Bargain, Image # 1774. I allowed myself to embellish and change the facts to create what I hope is a balletic piece in which the trees in the midsection dance.
