Painting Description

This is a fountain brush drawing, with acrylic added, of a Caribbean island view just sixty miles off the coast of Caracas. This Dutch-owned island offers sun, sand and very importantly oil. A huge oil refinery is the major financial engine, next only of course to tourism.
