Painting Description

Although I don”t often paint out in public, I do enjoy the spontaneity necessary to analyze and paint a scene in the space of one hour. One of the downsides of this on-the-spot-effort is the way people flock to see just how you are doing and strangely feel quite qualified to provide advice. “Too dark, not dark enough, where’s the cow” that sort of thing.
