Painting Description

Although not quite a traffic jam in Mennonite Country north-east of St. Jacobs, this painting does show a bright active winter Saturday in January. After all these years of painting Mennonite life, I am still thrilled by the horse powered activities, but when any of these individuals or groups “progresses” to cars and trucks, my interest plummets.
