Painting Description

Soon after I left the Ontario College of Art in Toronto, I decided to explore my local area looking for subjects to paint. I’m glad that I painted this historic mill in 1968, because only a few years later, a fire leveled the mill leaving only the grain silos. Had I realized how much change was in the wind in our region, I would have recorded even more. See Image #P0205 Silos of the Bridgeport Mill.
