For a number of years we have cowardly fled the cold of Canada to the warmth of Key West, Florida. This sketch shows a view of the unrehabilitated section of that wacky town at the end of U.S. #1. Real estate development has exerted a lot of pressure on the old town section, transforming views like this to photos fit for Architectural Digest.
