Painting Description

Although the setting for this painting was inspired by Woodside, an historical site managed by Parks Canada, the “actors” in this scene have been taken from various places. My niece, Lindsay, plays the little girl and the boy was a neighbour of my secretary. The woman was an interpreter with Woodside, while the cat was a lovely little charmer who used to patrol our neighbourhood.
