Painting Description

This painting was inspired by a Sunday garden opening in a small, partially walled, hilltop town just a few miles from the English Channel. As is typical in English villages, the local gardeners arrange a day when their gardens are open to the public. This is a most enjoyable experience for the garden visitor and raises money for local charity.
