Painting Description

Set near Crosshill, this painting is a composition of elements that I have witnessed in the sugar bush. The Belgian horses are from one sugaring team while the three men work in a bush about six miles away. I was interested here in telling the story of how animals seem to form friendships, almost like people. For me, each painting tells a story.
