Amish Tractor
Painting Description
This painting takes its name from the piece of equipment shown entering the laneway. This two-wheeled device allows for a wagon or any other implement to be hitched to it by means of a six-inch-long metal pin. To change the implement, the pin is pulled and a new piece of equipment is attached. There is no need to mess with unhitching the horses to change implements which would have been the traditional way.
