Painting Description

The book sellers, Les Bookin, add a human scale to the vast spaces along the Seine. With traffic speeding by, people quietly browse the stalls of new and old books. This is near the area where we spent several days many years ago and it still remains a romantic spot for me. Note Notre Dame in the background.
